1. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We usually need AI file for bottle printing design. Sure you could just offer us JPG for price assessment at first. For new bottle model developing, we need CDR file.

2. How many pcs in stock?

The stock is always floating. Please contact our sales to get the most update info. If the item is out of stock, you can place order firstly and we will proceed mass production for you ASAP.

3. About MOQ.

For the borosilicate glass tumbler, MOQ for tumbler with silicone sleeve is 1000pcs, and 3000pcs for cork sleeve.

4. Can I get samples?

Sure. Sample in stock are for free. But customize samples will be charged accordingly.

5. What is the price term?

Usually price is based on EXW for qty under 3000pcs and FOB Ningbo for qty over 3000pcs. You could use your own forwarder. Price could be different for various port like Shanghai.

6. How long is the production lead time?

It takes 15-30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

7. Which kinds of certificates would you have?

LFGB, FDA for product and BSCI.

8. May I have custom packaging?

Yes, no problem for custom packaging, we will show you different packaging ideas.
